Civil Litigation Lawyer Job description

We have a vacancy for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our Litigation Regulatory Community Team in Legal Services on a permanent basis.

You will be qualified to practice as a Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx, with a current practicing certificate and be able to demonstrate post-qualification experience in;

  • General civil litigation (excluding child protection)
  • Housing law including possessions and anti-social behaviour injunctions
  • Advocacy

Previous local authority litigation experience is desirable.
