About the role
Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Services Funding Administrator to work within a team of data administrators ensuring all work is audited and accurately processed by agreed deadlines.
- On a daily basis ensure all issues, rejections and errors are tracked and relevant managers informed, and all correspondence is replied to and dealt with timely
- Provide a central point of contact for staff and customers requiring information off the MI System
- Assist Team Leader to ensure all monthly tasks are completed timely
- Respond to incoming telephone calls ensuring they are dealt with in a polite, helpful manner
- To provide administrative support for the Performance Management Centre where required
What do I need to do the role?
You will have strong administration experience, and MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
You will have strong organisation and time management skills, are confident using the phone.
You will also be numerate and have ability to work with figures.
What else do I need to know?
This role is currently working from home, but then will be based at Bristol Business Technology Centre. The building has a capability of over 900 full time employees which is split over 4 floors, incorporating a Gym and Restaurant on the ground floor.
Bristol is a vibrant city in south west England with a wide range of attractions, landmarks, events and shopping. It has excellent transport links and is only 1.5 hours from London by train.
