Job description: Juice Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Services Team Leader role within Chippenham. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who can support in delivering exceptional customer service through a skilled and motivated team.
This is a key and varied role for the business, involving regular contact across internal departments and interfacing with 3rd parties.
The wider remit includes improving business processes and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
You’ll need to have confident communication skills to participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings, where your input will be valued, occasionally deputising for the Inbound Operations Manager.
This role reports into the Head of Operations.
The key duties of the role include –
- Maintaining and retaining clients by offering a leading and exemplary service
- Ensuring the department operates in an efficient way at all times, adding to, reviewing and refining processes where needed
- Team welfare – leading briefings, meetings and providing support via coaching, mentoring and on the role training where needed, leading incentive schemes and supporting with motivation
- Delivering service to meet agree client SLAs, escalating issues where needed, providing feedback internally and to client

The role is situated within a contemporary office and all communal meeting rooms utilise the latest technology. The location allows ample parking within a short drive of the M4.
Expected salary: £25000 – 28000 per year
