Job description: Lead and support on a range of research projects, to optimise high performing brand communications across the brand portfolio, as well as tracking and evaluating the performance of our marketing and brands with consumers and key opinion leaders.
As part of a collaborative research team and a wider Marketing function, the Assistant Research Insight Manager will lead and support on a range of research projects, to optimise high performing brand communications across the brand portfolio, as well as tracking and evaluating the performance of our marketing and brands with consumers and key opinion leaders.
The successful candidate will deliver relevant, actionable insight from quantitative and qualitative research, interpreting results and delivering actionable recommendations to facilitate effective decision making and drive enhanced outcomes. Day to day, the Assistant Research Insight Manager will use cradle to grave research methodologies, including primary research and attending focus groups, to inform concept and brand proposition development, as well as undergoing CX performance tracking. The successful candidate will work with agencies to manage projects, and ensuring the proposals meet relevant briefs.
This role is hybrid, office-based in Bristol and home working.
