Job description: Juice is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Support Executive, for a Chippenham based organisation. You will be joining the bright and personable team, helping to provide excellent customer service for their clients.
Ideally, this candidate will have contact centre experience or have worked in a customer service role within an office environment. Alternatively, this role could also suit someone who loves giving exceptional customer service and has strong communications skills.
Duties include but not limited to –
- Deliver exceptional customer service, via telephone, email, and online chat communication.
- Provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders, always striving to achieve exemplary feedback.
- Support development of new processes, working collaboratively with your team.
- Be active in briefings, meetings, and training initiatives to support development.
- Always working towards company guidelines, and team KPIs.
- Complaint escalation and support with the resolution.
We are looking for a professional individual, with a mature attitude to work. You will have bundles of enthusiasm and always strive to go above and beyond for your team.
Essential is being computer literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft packages. You will be a quick learner with a methodical approach to work.
