Our client who is the UK’s leading sustainable construction materials, road contracting and building products business is currently on the look out for a Customer service co-ordinator in their Bristol office.

About the role:

  • The receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into our system
  • Monitoring the progress of quoted works
  • Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ensure customers are kept informed at all times allowing us to plan our fleet to meet relevant commercial demands
  • E-mail orders and liaise with other team members regarding customer orders

What you will need:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Office)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
