We are currently recruiting for a friendly Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Avonmouth.
This is a straight permanent role for the right candidate.
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday – with the occasional overtime to manage workload
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
Day to Day Duties
Main duties as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Reception duties
- Supporting the sales team
- Processing orders and data entry
- Arranging transport and deliveries
- Processing invoices
- Inventory management
- General office duties/Filing
- Credit control and liaising with customers
- Arranging travel and bookings
The successful candidate must be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel. Full training will be provided but experience of working with Sage X3 would be an advantage.
Experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a similar environment would be desirable but not essential.
