Brook Street are currently recruiting for Admin Officers to work for a government client in Bristol.
Main duties include:
-Collating and analysing information and data, submitting results in a written report
-Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
-Assisting with budget preparation and control
-Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources
-Preparing routine correspondence
Skills and experience required:
-Strong administrative skills, with experience working within an office environment
-Strong IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £9.71 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
