Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a professional administrator to work for use to cover maternity leave of up to 1 year. The role incorporates the management of all administrative activities in our testing laboratory in Yate (near Bristol), including:

  • Invoicing and reconciling financial activity in the laboratory
  • Maintaining records and updating CRM/databases/spreadsheets
  • Receipt/despatch of goods
  • Managing office equipment (IT and supplies)
  • Onsite customer hospitality including refreshments
  • Acting as PA to the Laboratory Business Manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of office administration
  • Strong knowledge of IT
  • Experience of working within an ISO documented quality management system
  • Excellent personal organisation and time management
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff alike
  • Experience of using SAGE 200 accounting software
