We are looking for a part-time Support Worker to join our team at Pinecroft, based in Alveston, Thornbury, near Bristol.
Pinecroft is our specialised residential home where we support 4 autistic adults to develop skills to promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence. We are looking for staff with a “can do” approach who can offer active support to facilitate and enable the people we support to progress and move on.
All of the support provided at the National Autistic Society is person centred, to enable those whom we support to live independently, gain employment, access education, join clubs or participate in activities within the community.
We are looking for staff with a “can do” approach who can offer active support. You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families.
Your working hours are 16hrs per week. This service operates a seven-day rota.
A full driving licence and access to transport are essential.
