Job Title : Part-time Transport Administrator

Location : Avonmouth, Bristol
Hours : 25 Hours per week, Monday to Friday – Flexible working hours.
Salary : £10.07 per hour
Contract : Temporary to Permanent.

Key skills : Administration, Sales Support Experience, Excel, Word, Customer Service Skills, transport administration, Logistics administration experienced.

The position as Contracts Administrator / Transport Administrator / Administrator will require you to create dispatch documentation and to communicate with shipping companies for the dispatch of goods, communicate with internal teams and customers for ensure correct shipping, ensure all processes are adhered to, receive and process customer call-off / orders within contractual time scales and liaise with customers to ensure an excellent level of customer service.

The duties of the Contracts Administrator / Transport Administrator / Administrator will have a need for a driven and motivated individual with outstanding organisation skills. Good knowledge of I.T packages such as Microsoft office will be a key skill as this role will involve input putting data.
