Job description: Sous Chef required for Country Manor Hotel,
Situated between Swindon & Chippenham, this Hotel boasts a contemporary menu alongside a brasserie style offering. Based within idyllic gardens, the Manor also caters for many weddings during the year, so experience in conference & banqueting is a plus. The kitchen thrives on local provenance as well as their own Bee Hives, Kitchen Garden & eventually looking at rearing their own livestock.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or someone looking to step up and take their first role as a Sous Chef. The ability to commute to work is essential based on the rural location of the property. Working alongside Head Chef James, who has bags of experience, running calm and friendly kitchens, the right Sous Chef must be able to deputise in his absence. The right Sous Chef must be able to demonstrate suitable skills whilst under pressure, keeping a calm & positive atmosphere.

Requirements for this role :-
- At least 3 years of catering experience
- Experience in Banqueting & Events
- Live within commutable distance to the property
